She only appeared in Volume 16 Act 44 of the manga. She had stolen the Starseed of Sailor Mermaid, and thus got the powers she had. She found Usagi and the Starlights at a concert. Using her attack 'Galatica Tsunami' and her hair she chocked and killed Jupiter and Mercury taking their starseeds. Afterwards she was killed by the Starlights.
