Birthday: March 13, 1985. He's a Pisces.

Favorite Comic Books: X-Men and Batman.

If He Could Star in a Classic Film...: A Street Car Named Desire or On the Waterfront.

If He Could Star in a Play...: Kenneth Lonergan's "This is Our Youth."

Co-Star Wish-list: Russell Crowe, Ed Norton, Ryan Gosling.

How You Know Him: Emile currently stars in the Jodie Foster-produced indie film, The Dangerous Lives of Alter Boys. He plays a talented and imaginative young comic book artist named Francis. Keiran Culkin plays his schemer best friend Tim, Jena Malone co-stars as troubled girlfriend Margie, and Jodie Foster portrays the boys' stern nun schoolteacher and nemesis, Sister Assumpta.

Alter-Ego: Emile's character, Francis, and his posse of friends create a super-hero group called "The Atomic Trinity." Francis' alter-ego in the comic is "The Muscle," who fights "Nunzilla" (Jodie Foster). But in real life, Emile says he'd like to either be Wolverine from X-Men or The Hulk. "I used to want to be Wolverine, but lately I've been kinda diggin' The Hulk. So often you can see something that's wrong [in society], but there's always a part of you that doesn't want to cause any trouble -- The Hulk just won't stand for any of that injustice. He goes crazy, but then he calms down and becomes his regular self again."

Not Another Teen Movie: Alter Boys is Emile's first feature film role. He chose the part because he thought the movie was miles away from the usual teen flicks. "Kids my age are bombarded with so much bull -- you know, generic teen movies. It's almost like watching life on another planet. None of that stuff really happens. It doesn't exist. What happened to the truth about what really goes on in our lives? When I read this script, I knew it was the one."

On Screen Love Scene: Emile's and Jena's characters become increasingly physical throughout the movie. He admits that hookin' up in front of the camera was a bit nerve-wracking. "It was weird. I felt like a kiddie-porn star. Really, I was in front of a camera, hanging on to a girl that was under 18. And they were like, 'Alright, roll over now.'" he joked.

On Working with Jodie Foster: "I went back and saw Taxi Driver. She was just so great. We'd have conversations, but it was never like, "I'm Jodi Foster, let's talk about child acting.' We never did that. We talked about all kinds of things."

Crank Yankers: In the film, the alter boys are always playing pranks on the school's nuns and priests. In real life, Emile admits to being a prank caller: "I once called up a friend and I used this Stephen Hawking animated-voice program on my computer where I could type in and it would speak. So it said [in a robotic voice], 'Hell-o, you have won the Princeton National Creative Writing Award. Please come down to the office.' I called him weeks later and admitted it was me, but he really thought he'd won an award."

Coming to a Theater Near You: Emile's next film is The Emperor's Club (formerly titled The Palace Thief) starring Kevin Kline. "It was fun. It's about a professor and his arch-nemesis student. I play a politician kind of kid. Bratty, but not completely bad."
