Joe Cerisano, from the TSO East Coast Touring Company,
was nice enough to take time from the busy TSO touring
schedule and share his experiences with the fans by leaving
post on his website during the 2001/2002 tours...

11:04 AM: I'm typing this after a night sleeping on the bus and
waking up in Akron. Last night's show was a good one. It was
great to see friends like Dave and Tangerine Girl in the front
row. Considering it was opening night of the tour there were a
few rough edges but we still kicked butt and is was a lot of
fun. Things like not being sure of where to stand and mic
stands not being at the correct height (example: me trying to
sing into Guy or Timmy's mic stand height make for a
humorous situation but are easily corrected. It makes it a real
pleasure working with a band that has had basicaly the same
personnel for the last three years. We're all looking forward to
tonight show. In fact, some of the guys are already at the
venue checking things out. It takes a few days to get a groove
going but all in all things are going pretty smooth.

1:10 PM: Sitting here in the dressing room we just finished
with sound check. We arrived here in Dayton this morning.
Today is our first matinee. You'd think that we'd all be a little
tired but it really doesn't seem that way. Everyone's ready to
go and joking around. Maybe it's the music we're playing and
what it's all about is truly magical. Whatever it is sometimes
it's better not to question. It's just better to believe and go with
it. Opps, Stevie B. just came in and we have to get ready for
the show. Opps again, Guy just came in to get ready too.
Well, I'll try to get back down here to the laptop again in
between shows. If not I'll be talking to you soon. J

Arrived in Akron this morning. Getting
ready to go to the venue now. Great
being here for two days. Yesterday's
double header was good. At least three
of us got naps in between shows. The
evening show was great... we had a
great time too and the train was
rolling...

Happy Thanksgiving to all from Cincinnati!

Here we are in Cincinnati with a day off. This evening we're all getting
together for a family style Thanksgiving dinner. Last night's show was
our first arena show. Wow. The audience was great and we all had an
amazing time. The tour is going great. I called home to talk to my kids
this morning and they'll getting excited to see daddy at the Beacon
Theater. They see me all year working around the house, cutting the
grass so it's pretty special for them to see dad on stage with all the lights
and smoke. I miss them a whole bunch but it's also a really neat thing to
share the holidays with so many of our fans. It's a precious opportunity
to be able to meet you all after the show at the autograph signings. Again,
have a great Thanksgiving and be sure to stop after the show to say hi...
