Do you find that your Unreal Tournament is running sluggish and its really getting on your nerves. Follow my Tournament Tweak Guide and you will be on your way to a smoother play. These tweaks will still work with Unreal 1 as well as with Tournament, although some options will be unavailable.

Firstly the advanced options menu was cut out from our reach after version 328 (I think), you can still get to it by bringing up the mini console (by pressing TAB) and typing preferences.

This guide may look a little complicated but rest assure you can fiddle with most options then press the "reset to defaults" button and everything will be as your started.

Note, I haven't got a Direct 3D tweak guide yet as I have never used it, (I use 3DFX glide) but expect it soon. I have used software rendering (long time ago) and was desperate for speed so I had to make a good tweak guide here. The same goes for OpenGL, but this is a simple job.

Internet and Network Optimization tips will be here soon
