Family Day at the Park

    Sixty large families from the Ayessov and Bostandisky Raions came on our invitation to the Family Park to spend a day together as a family.

 

    A family that plays together stays together. That’s what we believe and therefore we decided on this event. It was the akimat (Mayor’s office) of the two regions that supplied us the list of large families from their respective regions. A large family is one with four or more children.

 

    The day started with a very delicious lunch topped with very melodious live music provided by three local bands. An Afghan cultural group also presented an item accompanied by traditional instruments. As finale, each child under the age of 18 received 7 complimentary tickets to go on selected games and rides in the park.
