The building in the background used to be a bar. It
was called the Bloody Bucket. Brother Edwards rented
this building then remodeled it to serve as a home
mission church. I was just a sinner, but I knew
Brother Edwards and chose to help him with the work.
I remember helping remove the bar from the building.
New lights were installed and a platform was built.
Theater style chairs were attached to the floor. The
signs were made up and attached to the front of the
building. It was in this building that I received the
Holy Ghost on a Sunday night, November 2, 1958.
