UPEHCO
program provides housing for the individual, community

development. Its creative capacity has
accelerated with the addition of more project sites in
three provinces in the Visayas before the year is over.
As it moves forward into the 21st century, a regional
process of
community empowerment through housing
cooperativism will have transformed the way in which
people of various social standing interact with each
other and the society at large.
