Club standards
Module construction standard:

Modules should be constucted of good quality wood or good quality wood and foam.

Height: 44" floor to top of rail. (Must be adjustable 43"-45").

* Length: 48".

* Width: 24", 30" or 36".

* 1"x4" wood should be used for the frame.

* 1/2" plywood or 2" closed cell foam should be used for the table top.

* Legs can be hinged or removable, and should be 2"x2" studs.

* Legs must have adjustable feet or bolts on bottom.

* Each pair of legs should have a crossmember for support no less than 3" and not more than 12" from bottom end of legs.

* Modules are required to have a facia. The facia should be poplar, birch or pine, and needs to be 3
1/2" tall. It should be flush with top of module. It needs to be spaced 1/8" from front edge of module. It should only be attached on the bottom 2" to the module, to allow for a pocket for the plexiglas to slip into. It must be painted black.

* All modules must have a backdrop, it must be 12" tall.
The back of the backdrop must be painted flat black. The backdrop front must be painted sky blue with club provided paint.

* All modules must use plexiglas, it must be 9" above top of module (12" piece to slide into slot on facia).

* Members are required to supply at least one C clamp per module.

* Each module is required to meet current club attachment policies at interface.

* Modules must be modified whenever club policies change and module no longer meet the standards.
