Meeting Minutes

November 10, 2008

There were 20 members present

Meeting Started: 8:00

We started the meeting by taking our organizational photo that will soon be

hanging the cafeteria hallway.

For our UNICEF Fundraiser we raised $109.15, which surpassed our goal!

Next we discussed service in the Burg which is from 8pm on November 21st

to 8pm on the 22nd. this is a large scale service project hosted by Pitt

Main. It costs $3 to register please let us know if you are interested so

we can figure out places to stay overnight.

Next we have the Admissions Fair which is this Friday in Blackington. The

times are from 10:45 to 12. Please email me back and let me know if you

can work our table. All you do is sit, and tell people about Circle K. We

will have information boards and possibly our scrapbook. PLEASE email me

back as soon as possible.

We will also have a booth at the Wellness Fair and will be raffeling off

our Pitt Blanket there (on Nov. 20th), at dinner that night, and during

lunch the next day. We will have a sign up for the exact times at our next

meeting on the 17th.

Also our movie night scheduled for the 23rd is being moved to Blackington

131 and we will be watching What Happens in Vegas.

We finished the meeting by making Thanksgiving Door hangers for the

nursing home.
