Meeting Minutes

November 17, 2008

Meeting Started at 8:00

We have a nursing home visit scheduled for Monday Nov. 24. You do not have

to dress up or anything we are just handing out our door hangers we made.

We will be meeting at 6:45 at the top of the steps in the student union,

please email me back if you are planning on coming.

And remember due to this we will not have our regular Monday meeting.

Movie night is scheduled for this Sunday, Nov. 23rd, at 7:00 in

Blackington 131. We will be watching What Happens in Vegas. There will be

pizza, chips, veggie platters, pop, water, and sweets,  and fell free to

bring friends. Also anybody who ordered a bag, we will have them there and

the supplies to decorate them during the movie.

Our Christmas Party is scheduled for Dec. 4th at 6:30 at Ponderosa, and

the Kiwanis bell ringing for the salvation army at Wal-Mart is scheduled

for the 5th from 10-5. We will have more information and sign up sheets

for these events at our next meeting on the MOnday after Thanksgiving.

OFFICERS: we will be having an officers meeting this Friday at 1:00 at our

raffle table in the union.

We did nominations for VP and Treasurer.

As of now Amanda Beliveau will be Treasurer and either Tina or Ashley will

step up to be the VP (they havent decided yet :))

If no one else runs against them they will automatically win however if

you were not at the meeting and would like to run please email me back and

let me know so we can have an official vote.

Lastly we finished our door hangers and passed around the sign up sheet

for the Blanket raffle. Basically you just sit at our table and sell

raffle tickets.

We have 3 different times, including:

Thursday Nov. 20th at the Wellness Fair in the Cambria Room from 10:45-2

Thursday Nov. 20th in the upper atrium (SU)from 4:30-6:30

Friday Nov. 21st in the upper atrium (SU) from 11-2
