Meeting Minutes

November 24, 2008

Start Time: 8:00

Members Present: 14

Both Denny and Angie were present

We started the meeting by talking about the bell ringing with the Kiwanis

the Friday at Wal-Mart

Its from 10-5, so whatever time you want to sign up for would be great,

here is a list of who all signed up and for what times.

Ashley G: 11-1

Ashley S: 1-2

Cassie: 11-12

Kaite O: 3:30-4:30

Casey O: 3:30-4:30

Kristin: 3:30-4:30

Trisha: 1:30-5

Tara: 1:30-5

Tina: 1-3

Steph: 3:30-4:30

Stacey B: 1:30-5

If anyone else wants to sign up just email me back the times you would be

able to attend.

Next we discussed the Christmas Party.

We decided that no everybody liked the restaraunt and some people could

not attend so instead we are going to do Rock and Glow Bowling on Friday

night from 12am to 3am. on the website it says the price is $12 per person

but we may be able to get a group rate.

We will meet in the Union at 11:45 and please email me back if you plan on

going.

Lastly we have a book drive scheduled for next week, everyday from 10-4.

Somebody does not have to sit at the table the whole time but there will

be a table with information about Better World Books and Books for Africa,

we will also need to package and ship the books.

I understand it is finals week but if you can work any time please email

me back and let me know.
