Meeting Minutes

November 3, 2008

Meeting Started: 8:00

15 Members were present along with Denny

Tonight we started by turing in our order forms for our T-Shirts.

We are going to turn in the forms tomorrow and hopefully we will get the

shirts in the next few weeks.

Our next meeting is Monday and at this meeting we will be making

Thanksgiving Day door hangers for the nursing home. We also we have a sign

up sheet for the Admissions Fair next Wednesday, and Wellness and Service

Fair on Thursday the 20th. Both of these fairs are for students of

prospective students and we just sit with posters and information about

our club.

Also at this meeting, we will be taking a group picture, like the ones

hanging up on the wall going to the cafe. You do not have to dress up or

anything but make sure you are aware you will be getting your picture

taken.

Our next social is a movie night planned for Sunday November 23rd at 7:00

pm in Heritage Hall in the LLC. We will be watching What Happens in Vegas.

You are welcome to bring friends but please let us know because we all

donated meals to get pizza, drinks, and snacks from UPJ.

Also we will be painting bags here, so if you would like to paint a bag

please bring $5 to our next meeting.

We finsished today's meeting by creating a fleece Pitt blanket that we

will be raffleing off the Day of the Wellness Fair and the Day after.
