1. Weigh-ins-9am
2. Player Meeting in the gym-10:30am
3. Coaches/Judges Meeting-10:30am in the Home and Careers room
4. Schools are encouraged to wear their team shirts/jerseys
5. Register at the main door-$11 per player, submitt permission waiver.
6. Receive the official meet card from the registration table...when you pay.
7. Weigh-ins- in our Physical Education Lockerroom.  A Meet official will weigh you in and initial the weight class you will compete in.
8. Take that card, fill out your name, school, etc. then bring that card to the scorer's table...this will complete the registration process.
9. Once you sign in at the scorer's table...you can now warm up.  You will also be given approx. 15 minutes prior to the meet...to continue your warm up.
10. Meet will officially begin at 11am.
11. Listen to directions for what rack/station you are at...you are placed by weight class except for the seniors.  This will be announced at 10:55am.
12. Write down your first squat attempt..then hand your card into the head judge of your rack.
13. Wait your turn...cards are ordered from light to heavy and once you hand in your card...you may not change it.
14. If you miss your first lift...you may drop no more than 10 pounds and attempt it again...but you may not drop down for your 3rd lift.
15. Attempt your lift with your own spotters or just ask if you need help.
16. Your spotter may help you off and on to the rack but may not touch you or the bar during the actual lift. 
17.  Wait for the rack call from the official(some may not require this phase) before you rack it.
18. The official will either X it out(no good) or circle it(good)...ask for some hints if you don't agree with the judges decision.
19. Bring your card to the scorer's table...this is a crucial step!!!
20. After you report your last lift to the scorer's table...plot your next lift...based on your ability but don't forget to check out the wall charts for the ongoing results within your weight class.
21. After you attempt your three squats...you will be given time to warm up at the bench.
22.  Repeat the process for the bench and deadlift.

****MAKE SURE YOU REPORT ALL OF YOUR LIFT RESULTS TO THE SCORER'S TABLE***

Reminders:
1. No squat beepers/No deadlift hand-wrist wraps/hooks.
2. Knee wraps are allowed for lifting twice your body weight.
3. Bench/squat/deadlift suits are not allowed.
4. If a lifter gets stuck in an awkward/dangerous position...the officials may call for a quick "rack" call.
5. Checks made payable to: Upper Limit Football
6. If you are about to break a record...tell the head official and we will highlight your lift.
7. Music will be playing throughout the meet...please let me know if this is a distraction.
8. First aid supplies are available at the scorer's table.
9. Coaches- eat for free.
10. Collars are used for all lifts.
