Student Union (USU) is formed on 2003 by students of Radha Govind Engineering
College (Meerut). The history is also told that first freedom fight on 1857 is
begin in Meerut. So it is our responsibility that to begin the fight against the
problems of students of Uttar Pradesh Technical University. The first idea come
in mind Mr. Gaurav Suman. Who is student of RGEC (Meerut). He observed that a
lot of problems faces UPTU Student but no body hearing his problem. Cause of
university mistake a student suffers difficulties. So a need of Union that carry
the problems with unity in front of UPTU. In this way, UPTU Student Union is born.
It does not matter where is starting, but most important thing is our ultimate
goal & your support. In
starting, it was small family but it has gotten a vast shape now and spread all
over U.P. Every student of UPTU is member of USU. No any leader of this union.
Only it is organized by RGEC (Meerut). UPTU Student Union take active
participate to change the illogical & undesired rule of UPTU. UPTU Student Union provides a medium
to communicate with each other and develop the unity among us. The recent
information or education material is also available on USU site.

Student Union appealed to all students of UPTU to join us and give active
support. Because without your support & suggestion, we will nothing do. We
want to a college representative in each college. If you want then contact us or
