Sometimes people take things for granted
They just act like they don't care
But one day they are not there
And then people realise what they've lost
They know something's missing from the scene
That was formerly mainstream

I think I'm getting withdrawl symptoms
Because this thing's been part of my life
Stared at by child husband and wife
Now the people know that it is missing
They complain to no avail
Start arguing till they turn pale
