The
Beau-Rivage Hotel is now the oldest and only family owned hotel in Geneva.
Built in 1865 by Jean-Jacques Mayer, great-grandfather of the actual owners,

The most prestigious suite is called the Louis II of Bavaria Suiteand has two to seven bedrooms leading off from a large and lavish reception room dating from the period of this madly exentric king. The master bedroom, which can be rented separately as a Junior Suite, contains an impressive blend of baroque charm and modern technology, with two bathrooms in precious marble : one with a double jacuzzi offering a view of the lake and the Alps; the other with a sauna for two people includes an adjoining shower.
The Imperial Suites have all retained the outstanding decors of the period, and have been lovingly restored over the years. All the suites, comprising a bedroom adjoining a reception room, will delight you by their spaciousness 80 square meters The windows provide superb panorama of the lake, the Mont-Blanc and the jet d'eau. The frescoes by Italian artists of the past century and the original panelling decorate these exceptional apartments.
Although established well over one hundred years, Beau-Rivage is at the leading edge of technology ! Access to the multi-media opens the door to a new world. Regular customers can receive a private number permitting them to use the Voice-Mail service throughout the whole year.For those whose computer is not equipped for connection to Internet, or are not travelling with their portable, Beau-Rivage can place equipment at their disposal. It is possible to connect both numerical (ISDN) and analog modems in the rooms and salons in order to have Internet and E-mail.
