This unit is a large, airy one bedroom apartment; it is the entire bottom floor of a building surrounded by gardens. Sun streams in from all directions through the 10 windows. There are wide pine floors throughout this "shot gun" style apartment.

This condo has two patios for you to enjoy in a Walden-like setting. One is in front of the unit receiving full sun and is surrounded by gardens of herbs and perennials; the other is a very private garden patio located behind the unit. There is a gas grill for your use on the back patio. We believe you will enjoy the comfort of this spacious apartment and its peaceful surroundings. • The kitchen is a full size "eat in" kitchen that is complete with a microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• The living room is equipped with CableTV and VCR - it also has a full size futon for additional sleeping space.
• For your convenience, we provide blankets, pillows, bed linens, and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
• The bedrooom has a queen size bed and a second exit door. The apartment has a large closet and a bathroom with tub and shower.

Summer 2003 Rates $1050-2 person occupancy Each additional guest: $100 per week or $15 per night Open year around.
