Are we Holy and Righteous before God ? And does He see us without blemish ?

Yes, we are holy, righteous, and withou blemish! Praise the Lord! Psalm 1:6 tells us: "For the LORD [Ps 37:18; Nah 1:7; John 10:14; 2 Tim 2:19] knows the way of the righteous, But the way of [Ps 9:5, 6; 11:6] the wicked will perish.
This verse clearly indicates that there is such a thing as a righteous person. And the Lord cares about his ways. There are actually over 30 verses in Psalms which make reference to the righteous. And throughout Psalms God says that He will recompense the righteous, deliver the righteous, protect the righteous, comfort the righteous etc.
In the NT we read: "Herod was afraid of John, knowing that he was a righteous and holy man, and he kept him safe. And when he heard him, he was very perplexed; but he used to enjoy listening to him." So here you have both words to describe one of God's servants. The New Testament develops this issue mightly. For the writers see an urgency to separate God's people from the non-elect. And in Ephesians 1:4 Paul settles the issue when he says: " just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless" in other words, without blemish as the KJV says. It is God's desire to sanctify His people. In the OT God calls His elect the " Holy ones." The Greek word for Holy is" agios" which means pure, sanctified. In other words, God's people are sanctified, set apart for God's Holy purpose, you with me?
One thing we must keep in mind is that this righteousness and holiness were imputed on us. In other words, God is the One who makes us vessels of honor ( Romans 9). And in His eyes we are His pure and sanctified vessels.
