Acceptance of USI's Goals:

On behalf of _________________________ [name of organization], I affirm that we advocate geographic enlargement of the United States by the grant of statehood. We do not advocate that the United States inflict an empire upon unwilling peoples but that all areas annexed be given rights equal to those of current states and that all individuals within new states have the exact same rights as citizens of older states.
