I am currently trying to form a government which will consist of the President, vice president, foreign affairs minister, defence minister, secretary of state and 16 representatives for the 16 states in the USE.
I will select the first government of the USE from applicants, and then every year there will be votes on the posts of foreign affairs minister, defence minister, secretary of state and each state will vote for its representative. Citizens will be able to vote for the post of president and vice president every 2 years.
The 16 representatives are the president and vice president’s link to the people, they collect the views of the people and meet with the cabinet (President, vice president, foreign affairs minister, defence minister and secretary of state) once every three weeks to discuss issues.
