Preamble: The EE and USE are not very similar. One is
a democratic Union, the other is an empire, one is
based on Earth, and the other is based on another
planet. However these two nations shall from this day
forth live at peace with the other. This is because
both side share a love of liberty, prosperity and
independence. From this day onwards the Evil Empire
and the United States of Europolis shall be allies.
I. The EE and USE will not do anything to undermine
each other?s
Independence.
II. If EE and USE will appoint an ambassador to each
other.
III. Both micronations shall recognise the other as a
sovereign and independent state.
IV. There shall be no conflict between the USE and the
EE as long as this treaty stands.
V. Neither nation shall knowingly withhold useful
information from the other.
VI. The EE and USE shall remain in contact.
VII. The EE and the USE shall be free to sign new
treaties at any time.
VIII. This treaty will be reviewed in eight months
time.
IX. The treaty may be modified at any time, providing
both parties agree to the change.
