HIGHLIGHTS!
In July, we all took a trip to Mackinac Island, Michigan, for James' grandparent's 50th anniversary, then went to Ohio to see the rest of our families.
James' parents treated us to a day at the Cleveland Zoo!  Emma especially loved seeing all the animals up-close.

We also took the girls to an old carousel in Mansfield where Emma just
had to ride all the different cats, and a couple horses.
At Joy's parents' house, we enjoyed a relaxing visit, playing in the backyard, BBQing, and watching Emma's Opa build a fort out of a refrigerator box.
The girls' Great-Opa and Great-Grandmother flew in from Michigan for a week to meet Anna, visit, and take a four-generation photo.
Anna finally got to meet her Aunt Susan and they hit it off quite well!
Aunt Laurel and Emma are quite the jokers, and had a lot of fun together.
Once we returned to the Dak, the girls were more than happy to pose for a summer picture.
They both seem to "know" when the camera is out & they are the subject of a photo -- naturals!
