REUNION NEWS
We now can announce a Schedule for the Reunion and the our and registration information. Hotel reservations have started coming in and those who are planning to ttend are invited to contact the hotel directly. Since there is no fee for cancellation, we encourage ll who think they will be coming to reserve soon.

A summary of the tours and their prices will follow and detailed information will also be posted on the web on the Planner's site as well as on ours.
We also want to make it clear that everyone who is interested in Texas Tower history and experience is welcome to attend the gathering. We will have a ospitality room during the entire time with snacks and sodas and probably coffee available, and with the ossible exception of the Atlantic City tour, everything is G rated. There will be one meeting -- presently set for Friday night at 8pm (subject to change) -- for the members of the Texas Tower Association. The rest of the Reunion is wide open for old friends to meet and make new ones.

TEXAS TOWER ASSOCIATION REUNION 2005 SCHEDULE:
TUESDAY, September 20: Check in, collect packets 6pm -- Kick-Off Buffet at the Hilton
WEDNESDAY, September 21:
Two Tours offered both to Philadelphia -- one with lunch on your own and one with a lunch cruise.
THURSDAY, September 22: Atlantic City trip
FRIDAY, September 23: Free Day.
On-your-own or in smaller groups to Washington Crossing, Longwood Gardens, back to Philadelphia or other nearby attractions, and even options for trips by interested smaller groups to New York City and Washington DC are being explored.
Meeting is presently set for 8pm that night.
SATURDAY, September 24:
Two tours offered: Battleship New Jersey/Valley Forge, or Amish Country. These tours require a minimum of 30 people to offer the private bus. 9am - 3pm
7:00 -- Hilton Hotel -- Banquet
SUNDAY, September 25: Check out.

The hotel and area were chosen with an eye to tour possibilities, entertainment options and safety. The second largest Mall in the country is nearby and there are many restaurant choices. There are walking areas and there is free parking. Rates: $89 + tax for a single or double Members make their own reservations
asking for the Texas Tower Reunion rate. A credit card OR one day's advance payment is required to reserve. A block of rooms will be held at that price until August 21st before any not reserved will be released. Reservations after that date will be honored at the agreed upon price if available.
The price will be offered to include three days before and three days after the Reunion dates if anyone wishes to come early or stay longer.
There is no charge if you have reserved a room and cancel before 4 pm the day expected. After that time, there would be a day's charge for cancellation.
There is a fee if you have checked in for a set number of days and decide to leave early. It would be $25 to cancel a room already CHECKED INTO.
