There is a popular misconception that Setsuna is in love with King Endymion, so a lot of people like to speculate on what would happen if she and Endymion became a couple, or if she took a lover. She actually has no crush of that nature on Endymion, however, and while she may love him, it is likely in the same way that she loves the queen: namely, she serves as a Sailor Senshi out of duty and respect for them both.

One of Setsuna's personal weaknesses is her affection for children. She shows a great deal of kindness to Chibiusa in particular, and plays the role of best friend and confidant for the child. Setsuna also has an interest in sewing and fashion design, and she takes a personal interest in her own style of dress. On the whole, Setsuna is a quiet and thoughtful person, with a great deal of kindness and love in her heart.
