Sailor Star Fighter is the 'leader' of the Starlight Senshi, but she is also Seiya Kou, a 'male' idol from the group the Three Lights. As Seiya she meets up with Usagi and falls in love with her. So as Sailor Star Fighter she is always helping Eternal Sailor Moon. Seiya, like all the other Starlights has a thing against the outer Senshi (especially Haruka). Seiya generally seems to always be trying to do the right thing, but is not sure whether to follow her heart or what her fellow Starlights say/think.
