Sailor Star Maker is the third Sailor Starlight. She is also known as Taiki Kou and is also a member of the Three Lights just like the other Starlights. Taiki is the most quiet and reserved of the three starlights, and doesn't say anything unless she has too. She is the 'intellectual' type and is as smart as(or even smarter than)Ami. As Sailor Star Maker, she is the tallest and has a deeper voice then the others. Like Sailor Star Healer, Taiki doesn't support Sailor Moon until the end of Sailor Stars when Princess Kakyuu is killed by Galaxia.
