If you graduated from Stony Brook University and played on the Hockey Team, or if you were a coach of the team, for at least one season, complete this form and submit it to us. You will be added to the Alumni Bios page and also have all current info (upcoming events etc.) sent to you as it becomes available!!! (Anyone who both played and coached should complete the form as a player, and include coaching information in one of the "Notes" sections. Coaches who did not attend Stony Brook need only complete applicable fields) New Alums registering for the first time are required to complete ALL FIELDS; Returning Alums adding or updating information need only complete those applicable fields.
