Preface
Bylaws of the
United States Constabulary Association
Approved by a majority
vote of the membership
and became effective
February 22, 2002
and as amended
September 25, 2003.
Following are the bylaws of the United States Constabulary Association approved by the membership as noted above and contain the administrative corrections as approved by the Executive Committee. These corrections were primarily made so those bylaws containing dates coincide with the change of issue dates of the national newsletter - The Lightning Bolt.
If any member wishes
to propose an amendment to these bylaws, you are encouraged to:
:: Spell out the
portion of the bylaw as now stated.
:: Indicate the wording suggested for a change.
:: State the reason for your suggestion
:: Forward this information to your Outpost Commander.
The Outpost Commander will add his comments to the proposal and forward your proposal to the Bylaws Committee.
All questions on these bylaws should first be directed to your Outpost Commander as with inquiries on all matters.
