James Whitaker, better known as J.C., was a very good Trooper.  The competition to be a good Trooper was very challenging and the leadership brought out the best in James as
well as all his friends.  It still holds true 50th years later because, all those who knew him still
show much respect today.

J.C. loved the German hospitality and used every off duty hour to mix with
the people and maximize what we were told, be a good Diplomat for the USA
and the Circle-C-in a foreign Country.
James Whitaker has not forgot his ole Constabulary Buddies.
March the 30th James will have a Birthday, we all wish him many more.
He Lives with his Wife Patricia J. in SanLeandro, Ca.
