May 16th Registration
- 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM- In the Hospitality Room located by the pool. There are many great restaurants, quaint shops, the Vereins Kirche, the Nimitz Museum, and other interesting places..all within walking distance of the hotel. Wednesday, May 17th Business Meeting - 9:00 AM in the Hospitality Room. Auction will follow immediately. Luckenbach excursion - 1:45 PM Meet outside Hospitality Room. For those of you who would like to see Luckenbach, we will have a caravan of cars leaving the hotel at 2:00 PM. You can join in your car or hitch a ride with one of us. Thursday, May 18th Tour - Meet at 8:45 AM outside the Hospitality Room Wildseed Farms - Picnic lunch in the park - LBJ Ranch National Park We are providing vans for this tour that will accommodate approximately 40 people. If more of you want to go, we will ask some of you to follow in your own cars. The first stop is Wildseed Farms followed by a picnic lunch at the LBJ State Park in Stonewall, Texas. Next we go to LBJ National Park for a short film at 1:30 PM and a bus tour of the "Texas White House" during the Johnson presidency. We should be back at the hotel by 4:30 PM. (The ranch is 16 miles from the hotel) Dinner - 6:00 PM The vans will transport you to and from the American Legion, Commander's Room for a Barbeque dinner and entertainment by "DUTCH TREAT", a local German group. |
