To the members of the Board.

I know I have resigned as Commander of OP7 but I still wish to input my two cents worth. In my option the best way to keep the memory of US Constabulary alive is to concentrate on the Museum and Irene Moore US Constabulary web page. Our trooper list is decreasing rapidly. I know that more people log on to the web page and will continue to log on for years to come. I spoke with Irene at our reunion in Fredericksburg and she is willing to continue as our webmaster as long as she is able. The problem will be with funding. Maybe some of you can speak with children and grandchildren to help her with donations. Erika and I will be speaking with our family early next year when we have a family reunion in South Carolina. As for the museum the 1st Infantry
division will be returning to Fort Riley and they are familiar with the Constabulary having been
our partners in Germany during the occupation phase. I am sure they will take care of our museum.
Our bylaws should be changed to insure that any funds left when the TAPS is played should go to the museum and Irene Moore to help keep both operating.
