El Presidente is a Cuban national with aspirations of overthrowing Castro and taking control of Cuba.  He weilds a
great deal of money and power in his home country and uses those resources to promote his wrestling career here in
the United States.  El Presidente is a longtime member of legendary USCW stable the Pimps, Playas, & Hustlers, better
known as the PP&H.  He is fiercly loyal to the other members of the PP&H, and has a long memory when it comes to
the people that have wronged him and his friends.  El Presidente has tasted gold before with the now retired USCW
Television Title, and hopes to add more gold to his collection.
