A marine sniper trained by the military to be a killing machine.  His legend in the military is such that they have allowed
him to compete in professional wrestling while also serving active duty.  Sniper is as unpredictable as they come.  He
can strike from anywhere at anytime and usually does so and gains an advantage over his opponent.  Sniper is a two
time USCW World Heavyweight Champion and his dreaded Columbian Necktie is as feared a finishing move as
there is in professional wrestling.   Sniper was originally a member of the PP&H, but was turned on by the other
members.  He soon formed the Boot Camp Click with Assassin and Mercenary in an attempt to gain his revenge.
Although Assassin and Mercenary are no longer with us, Sniper keeps their memory alive with his covert ops in the
league and his ruthless aggression.
