Allan Storm is a rough and tough man from the state of Arkansas.  Storm grew up on the streets and learned to
settle his issues with his fists.  Now that he is in the USCW, he is looking to make a name for himself.  He is a simple
and down to earth guy who can't stand people who think they are pretty boys or somehow better than anyone else 
because of who they are or where they come from.  Storm always has his trusty stun gun by his side to deal with
anyone who gives him trouble.
