1 &endash; Westbrook & Wood Ltd. ML 300 Chocolate Chip Depositor built in 2001
with 300 mm wide head and cantilevered design to mount over a stop/start indexing
cooling tunnel belt. This machine comes with nozzle plates for 4000 CT, 1000 CT
and 150 CT chip/drops. This depositor operates at a maximum speed of 20 strokes per
minute and has a head that moves up and down to create the shape of the chip. The frame
is mounted on a heavy-duty base with locking wheels and the hopper has a closed water
system with heat exchanger to circulate hot water to maintain temperature.
The motor specifications are 3 Phase, 60 Cycle, 480 Volts.

MOULDING PLANT for moulds of 275x175mm.

1 - Carle & Montanari 275 Moulding Plant built in 1990 and is capable of producing solid,
one-shot, solid with inclusions, shell moulded and book moulded articles.

The line accepts 275mm x 175mm polycarbonate rigid moulds and features (3) cooling sections,
(3) twin hopper depositors, shaking/inverting section, book closing station,
crossover units and refrigeration package.
The plant will operate at speeds up to (12) moulds per minute and (10) complete sets of moulds are
available in addition to the line. Price can be quoted on a per mould set basis.
This moulding plant requires approximately 325 moulds to fill the system and each mould
set comes with approximately 350 moulds.
