Background: John Sandoval was born on Betazed to Ronald Sandoval (human) and Lianna Tevren (betazoid). He was raised on Betazed until parent divorce at age of 7. He left with his father to Alpha Centauri. John moved to Earth and became an NCO in the field of Diplopmacy, more specifically the Diplomat's Aide of Commander Keith Sumner. Sandoval served in the Dominion War after the invasion of Betazed and death of his mother. He became a Blackhawk Runabout Pilot, serving in Chin'toka, AR-558, Dorvan, Ingav, and Cardassia. At the end of of the war, he transfered to Bravofleet as a Cadet.
