Director Paranak, larger than most Treewoods, speaks faster than is usual for them to communicate more easily with the faster living creatures.

Sub-Director Shork
Sub-Director Shork is slower in speech and mind than Paranak, but a reasonable tree and commands the age won wisdom necessary to hold a Treewood senior post. Identified by a silver garland in his 'hair'.

Culturist Sark
Culturist Sark is one of the Treewoods who first met humans, he is one of the ones who first catalogued human behaviour, although Treewood knowledge of humans is far from complete. Identified by wearing mock Starfleet clothes (mainly brown with leaf green shoulders) to fit in more with his people of study.

Grove Speaker, Ambassador Enk
Grove Speaker Ambassador Enk a high level government official, his job is to announce decisions of the Grove (which he also participates in) to the people or to foreign dignitaries. Thus he logically became the first dedicated ambassador to alien visitors to Treewood. Currently his title of Grove Speaker is defunct since Paranak holds Emergency Power and so the Grove are not the decision making body. Identified by waist high white staff and is rather wide in build with voice that is louder and deeper than usual.

Identified by having three ships with a whole arsenal of missiles pointed at the Vesuvius waiting for any suspicious energy surge.
