Personnel File:
       Tal Cyther was born as the second generation of children of his parents, his sister Celes being the first. He was three years old when his sister vanished aboard the USS Voyager, and nine years old when he received his first letter from her. The letter inspired him to join Starfleet, and nine years later, he did. He entered the academy under regular enlistment accord, and took the Science Course Curriculum, as he had studied at the Bajoran Science Academy for two years prior to his Starfleet career. He graduated third in his class and was promoted to Ensign.
       He was assigned as aSCI on the USS Lexington before being promoted to Lt. J.G., when he was assigned to the USS Kyushu-A, as aSCI. After his promotion to Lt., he attended Command School, and was then re-assigned to the USS Kyushu-A as the SCI. He was promoted to Lt. Commander and assigned to the USS Enterprise-F, where he was eventually promoted to Commander. He was assigned to the USS Falcon as the XO, and after a good career there, he was promoted to Captain and chose to command Starfleet's flagship, the USS Archangel.
