Her enhanced genes have given her increased muscle tone and somewhat better stamina. Her increased stamina allows her to keep up with most, except Klingons and other strong races. She will not settle for less than her best in whatever task she takes on. Ms Readdy is somewhat of a perfectionist and is hard on herself, at times. Strengths and Weaknesses: Her slightly enhanced DNA has given her above-average stamina, but is careful to keep from overdoing things. She has the ability to learn things, at a slightly faster than average rate, including languages, Earth or otherwise. Her physical appearance and poise has earned the respect of both her peers and superiors everywhere, yet she is somewhat insecure. Fortunately, her knack for diplomacy keep her out of unnecessary fights and she is known as a peacekeeper. One of her weaknesses, is her fastidiousness about her piston cylinders and air supply lines, which is a source of pride. She insists on being called “80psi”, in reference to her pistons’ capability of providing short “bursts” of 80psi of force. Another problem, is her insecurity, particularly in certain social situations, or when she is called upon to be a leader. Talents: Ms Readdy’s’s primary forte is hand-to-hand combat. She is also a master strategist, usually when playing pool or chess. Her capacity for learning is somewhat increased, she has been able to master many skills and languages in a somewhat shorter period of time, than average. Previous Assignments: Starfleet Academy (Four Years) Majoring in Ship and Planetary Security, minor in Political Science. =/\= Classified experimental exploration vessel Personal/Career: Ann Readdy was born in Chicago, to Walter and Florence Readdy and lived with them, until entering Star Fleet Academy. She spent her childhood with family and friends. In October of her Senior year of high school, while at a school-sponsored Halloween Social, held at a downtown hotel, Ms Readdy was struck by what appeared to be an “energy beam”, emitted from a Thalaxian science vessel, orbiting Earth and cloaked, to avoid detection. The beam triggered a process, called “Trans-Molecular Mutation”, which caused a number of physiological changes. These changes included “grafting” of four 20th-century-era PP615 drop sealer pneumatic piston cylinders to both forearms and sides of both lower legs, along with pairs of air supply lines, attached to her back. Other changes consisted of extension of her lifespan, to 150 Terran years, increased stamina and the ability to regenerate the pistons and air supply lines whenever they are damaged/destroyed. It took a while for her family and friends to fully accept Ms Readdy, which led to her being insecure, in various situations. After high school, Ms Readdy entered Star Fleet Academy, graduating at the top 15 % of her class. During her academy years, Ann gained the respect of her peers and instructors, despite her unusual appearance and insecurity.
