Magna Roma

Starbase 1

Phillip Scorpico grew up on the planet of Magna Roma. He was the fourth son of the emperor. As he was reaching adulthood, he was given to the Gladiators to be work as a squire. He did this until with the help of Zar, Son of Spock as well as a few gladiators namely Octavian, he was able to escape Magna Roman. Eventually, his father the Emperor was killed and one of his brothers as one of his stepmotehrs were exposed for their treachery. Phillip joined Starfleet Academy then eventually served on several ships like the USS Titan until settling down on Starbase 1. During this time, he marries two women since some Magna Romans are allow to have multiple marriages. Miran and Celiana became his two wives. Miran, an unviversal reknown Archaeologist and Celiana, a pediatrician started their family in 2360. Eventually they both had children which includes Ichiro by Miran and Diantha by Celiana. Miran is a Betazoid while Celiana is a Betazoid/Caitian hybrid.

In 2367, shortly after the battle of Wolf 359, Phillip was promoted to Captain and assigned to Starbase 1 which became the Starfleet Headquarters in space for the fleet.
