A known member of an Asian organized crime ring, this suspect is wanted for
credit card fraud and narcotics violations. In August 2000, Lu was arrested by
agents from the Secret Service and FBI. He subsequently fled to avoid prosecution.
It is believed that Lu fled to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and is now
involved in the distribution of Ecstasy to the United States.
