While some may feel that he's risen through the ranks a little too fast, I've seen great things ahead in him, in our short time serving together. He only thing he lacks is a healthy dose of experiance. Some might say I've thrust into a trial by fire, but I remain certain that the Commander will prove himself well. Hood under Captain DeSoto. 2378: Promoted to Lt. Commander Junior Grade and serves as science officer. 2379: Transfered to the U.S.S. Odyssey and promoted to Lt. Commander. 2379: Promoted to First Officer after the death of Previous XO. Promoted to Commander. Physical Description: Lokine is 6'2 and weighs 185 lbs. He has dark hair with a dark goatee, violet eyes, and normal colored skin. Character Description: [SFC-404 File Missing] Character History: Lokine was born on the Cardassian space station Terok Nor during the occupation of Bajor. Both of his parents died in a rebel explosion. He was a mining slave as were most his age. When the Cardassian departed Terok Nor in 2369. The 14 year-old Lokine was brought into a Bajoran orphenage on the planet Bajor by the Vedek. He left 2 years later on an transport to Earth. He lived his life waiting for his revenge on the people who killed his parents. He figured his best chance was to join Star Fleet and bide his time. He studied science, archelogy at the Melbourne Institute of Science. He graduated with honors and won sponsorship as part of the stricter admission requirements of a non-Federation citizen to Starfleet Academy. He was quite the practical joker in the academy hence being branded with the nickname, Loki. He decided to put off his ideas of revenge until a later date. He still has night terrors from time to time. |
