Kicks are listed in order as they appear in the patterns. Kicks are only listed for there first appearance in a pattern.

The hands form a forearm guarding block for all kicks except side piercing kick where the lead hand performs a high punch and the rear hand remains at the lead chest position (Forearm Guarding Block position) unless otherwise stated.
