| About the Chief of Staff: General Shane Bouton is the creator of the United States Virtual Air Corps. His initial enlistment started on 19 September 2001. His first position in the USVAC was Recruiting Squadron Commander. He later served as the Commanding Officer for the 3rd Fighter Wing, PERSCOM, and Pope Air Base. His tour as Chief of Staff began on 1 December 2003. |
