| 04-002 8 December 2004 MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION SUBJECT: Rapidity of promotions Due to the current troop buildup, some personnel will be holding more than one position within the USVAC. Also promotions will be coming much more rapidly than normal, as there is a huge need to fill various command and staff positions. The chief of staff has determined that initial full strength for our organization is 80 members. We currently stand at roughly 40 members, so we have a long way to go. Tell all of your flightsim and gaming friends about us. I am authorizing unit commanders to award personnel that refer 3 new members with the USVAC Achievement Medal.
