| Local 1299 Members are encouraged to assist the Contracting Out Committee by filling out the complaint forms necessary to resolve the disputed issue. |
| Any disputes members may have must have a completed complaint form signed by the member for the Divisional Griever to address. All facts, name, badge, date, turn, contact phone number, etx., must be provided to assist your griever in resolving the dispute. |
