A Balanced Man

A balanced man is an individual who carries equally the weight of various aspects of his life. This individual excels greatly in academics and also in the less difficult task of gregarious intercourse as well as, to some extent, physical activity. Such balance is exemplified by the acts of the individual, which are most often completed with great effort and character. In history there have existed many such individuals who have been remembered, and to which any individual would wish to be compared. Tell me, what type of individual would not wish to be compared to Voltaire or Nietzsche during the writing of Ecce Homo?
Undoubtedly, such a definition of a balanced individual is fitting to many as well as me. I excel at academics, having a cumulative grade point average of 3.469 is a perfect exemplar of that. In addition to that I am told I have excellent writing ability, which I use with great benevolence weekly in the Clarkson Integrator analyzing great moral and social quandaries attempting to benefit the populace. Exposing my ideas to public in such a way is undeniably gregarious. Also, the use of reason instead of rhetoric qualifies me to lead though my humility, which is in no way vain, usually disallows such things. As for physical activity, I have the propensity walk about the town and wander the wilderness for no other reason than personal enjoyment. In all my activities I commit my self fully, as one could clearly see by reading one my astonishingly clear and thoroughly thought out works. This also correlates to academics, though little proof can be given other than restating my grade point average. Hopefully, these things will allow me to be remembered in history as I am in the hallowed halls of my High School for my slightly absurd but definitely interesting campaign to become student body president.
