Gino Speech Those of you who don’t know me may be wondering why Gino Stolfa is running for President. Well, I’ll have to start back in seventh and eighth grade when, I know some of you may not believe this, I was a little on the small side. Most of you don’t realize how hard it is to be a guy under 100 pounds at the end of middle school. I used to be embarrassed to take off my shirt in the locker room. I used to wear a t- shirt under my school clothes. I was so embarrassed. So, what did I do? I got a membership to a gym and I started working out six days a week. I added pounds and pounds of muscle, and now people look at me in awe when I change in gym. I volunteer to be on the skins team. So, what are my reasons for running for President? I want increased attendance in the weight room. I want more equipment in the weight room. I want more working out in gym and less softball. We need what our student body lacks, physical fitness. Get behind Gino Stolfa. You know, I used to dream of this day as I pumped iron. As I listened to my favorite song I dreamed that one day I would run for President of my class and the student body would chant the famous words Yo Gino kick it one time, Yo Gino kick it one time, Yo Gino kick it one time… Thank you for realizing my dream.
