IN ANCIENT TIMES is a five-session series that introduces the ancient Goddesses weaving their stories together with major concerns of women today. This adult religious education curriculum includes an introductory section featuring author Shirley's Ranck's "Statement of Feminist Thealogy," Elinor Artman's "Brief Herstory of Cakes," and Nancy Vedder-Shults, "Baking Cakes for the Queen of Heaven."

May 4 - Womanpower
May 18 - From Goddess to God
June 1 - Heritage of Peace

July 6, 2008 at 7:30 pm. - Pot luck and conversation! What do you want to know about Paganism? Someone will have an answer . . . maybe more than one!

August 3, 2008 at 7:30 pm. - Soap making with our 'domestic goddess' Christin!

September - No meeting/no class

October 5, 2008 at 7:30 pm. -
Mask making with Lady Star Puma and Amayu

November 2, 7:30 pm.
- Dumb Supper Bring black, red, and/or white food to share along with a photo or other item from loved ones who have crossed to Summerland. During feasting all will be silent in reflection.

Directions:  From I75, take the Fowler exit heading west toward USF. Turn left (south) onto Morris Bridge Road. Follow Morris Bridge Road past Davis Road. After you see the "CHURCH" sign, turn right at the 2nd mailbox, on 11400 Morris Bridge Road.
