Year-to-date 2007 CUUPS has generated $1294.06.06 to date. We're still $2705.94 short of our goal.

Suggestions: Any suggested a corn dollies class and Janie recommeded we ask Kelli Lopardo to teach a Runes Class, more suggestions are welcome!

June 30th ritual will by presented by As Always Coven
July 28th ritual will be presented by Shalee Coven
August 25th ritual will by presented by Circle of One
September 29th ritual will be presented by Sacred Oaks Circle led by mayd heron and Knightsphyre
October 27th ritual will be a mini-ritual outside
November 24th ritual will be a bardic circle
December 22nd ritual is still open.

Jamie said that Chris will approach Carol about getting a copy of the As Always ritual.

Rituals are by invitation only – Wicca 101, Sacred Woods Coven, Sacred Oaks Circle, and Circles in the Woods CUUPS fill some rituals and other groups are invited for the remaining dates.

Out Reach

Witches Masquerade theme is suggested to be a medieval theme we still need to have a catchy name for the flyer. Other suggestions for possible future masquerades were a Hawaiian theme, Pirate Theme, Fairlayland, Mists of Avalon, Dragon's Lair, Wild West, King Arthur's, Fairy Tales, and Marti Gras The first planning meeting for witche's masquerade is the 24th. This should be publicized to the church as a whole and has been added to the church calendar.

Buildings and Grounds

Normally the 2nd Saturday every month, 9 am. Come and help keep the ground beautiful!

New Business

UU In The Pines

The possibility was raised of taking a weekend at UU In The Pines and hosing a mini-festival. No schedule was set, but this was suggested as a possible fundraiser for the church.

The next silent auction is set for June 30th. Please bring any items you would like to donate.

The first weekend in October is Pagan Pride at the UU Church of Clearwater.
